We provide you with a one-stop shopping experience from our factory to your doorstep. When you reach out to us, we will assign sales personnel for a one-to-one service experience to make furniture shopping as easy as possible for you. Here is a general timeline and guide through our service:

The personnel will communicate with you to acquire your need for furniture and assist you in creating your furniture layout plan if you don't already have one. Then we will provide you with furniture solutions, and recommendations for your preference for interior and layout plan. Ensure the furniture style, color, and size accommodate your home.

Once we've settled on the exact pieces you want for your home, we will provide you with a proforma invoice of EXW price (out of the factory cost of your order), along with our payment information. The deposit amount is 50% advance of the total, the remaining balance will be charged when the production of your order is complete.

The production phase begins immediately after the deposit is received and we will keep following up on the production progress of your order. The production may take 15-20 days depending on your item, and can be longer if there is customization.

When the production phase is complete, the furniture will be packaged and ready for transportation. We provide FOB (ship from the factory to Chinese port), CIF (ship from the factory to your destination port, clearing Chinese customs), and DDP(ship from the factory to your doorstep, clearing both Chinese and destination customs) service depending on your need.

Given where you are, the shipping cost may vary. We will book for container with the shipping company and provide you with a bill for the shipping cost and customs clearance service (if required).

So you don't have to stay up all night working the time zone difference, yet still buy directly from China without paying the bonus of a middleman or the operational cost of your local furniture shop.
